How to improve quantitative aptitude for SSC CGL 2018 exam?

Quantitative Aptitude is one of the challenging sections of SSC CGL Exam as it covers almost all the topics of Mathematics from Number System to Geometry. Geometry, Trigonometry and Menstruation are those topics which are not much liked by the students. Algebra is the most favorite of them all. Looking into the comfort level of the related topics, I think the three sections namely; Geometry, Trigonometry and Menstruation need more focus and practice than Algebra.

Joining SSC Coaching in Hyderabad is an ideal option to prepare effectively for all the sections of SSC CGL EXAM 2018. Complex subject like mathematics need professional and focused preparation to achieve accuracy and speed.
Besides being a committed student of any coaching institute there is dire need to develop a self study time table.
The steps to develop a remedial approach for preparing the numerical ability section for SSC CGL Exam are given below:
  • Revise the concepts from any reputed author’s book or notes from your coaching classes to have the clarity of concepts already studied in school times.
  • Then try some questions on each and every concept by taking topic tests to master the concept individually.
  • Analyze your performance, by evaluating the score and time taken to solve the questions.
  • Take remedial actions to improve your weak topics either by taking a doubt session from the teacher of a coaching center you have joined. In case you have not joined any coaching institute then take the help of the friend who is good in mathematics to solve your doubts.
  • Make a list of all the important formulae and tables on a separate sheet and paste them in your study room so that you can revise them at leisure and anytime.
These are some of the useful steps which will help you to enhance the numerical ability.

Hope it works well to score more than 40 marks or even 50 out of 50 in the forth coming SSC CGL 2018 Exam.

All the best!!!
